Attendees at the Nebraska State Fair will have the opportunity to attend Sunday Masses on the fairgrounds, with services led by bishops from the Diocese of Grand Island.

Bishop Emeritus William Dendinger is scheduled to celebrate Mass on Sunday, August 24. Music for this service will be provided by a local Catholic contemporary worship team consisting of 20 members.

On Sunday, August 31, Bishop Joseph Hanefeldt will lead another Mass. This service will feature traditional music performed by 12 members of the Catholic worship team.

Both Masses are set for 9 a.m. and will take place in the southwest corner of the fairgrounds at the ACP Stage. Donations collected during these events will be directed to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Food Pantry in Ord.
