These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of American Catholic Tribune Media Network’s American Catholic Tribune news site and mobile application (“Site”) that link to or reference these Terms. By accessing or using the Site, you are agreeing to these Terms and entering into a legally binding contract with American Catholic Tribune Media Network. If you are unwilling or unable to be bound by the Terms, please do not access or use the Site.

As American Catholic Tribune Media Network is a news site and event-based social media application and all Content is stored and maintained on American Catholic Tribune Media Network’s servers, you acknowledge and grant the License in perpetuity, but in no event less than the term of any applicable worldwide copyright. You further acknowledge that American Catholic Tribune Media Network may exercise its rights under the License without any obligation to compensate you for them (just as you have no obligation to post the Content). Our license ends when you delete the content or delete your account unless this content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.
By using American Catholic Tribune Media Network, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. American Catholic Tribune Media Network takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted, stored or uploaded by you or any third party.

Further, American Catholic Tribune Media Network makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee in regards to any products, services, information or other material purchased, downloaded or otherwise obtained by you through the service from a third party. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall American Catholic Tribune Media Network be liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, goodwill, data, breach of user security, termination of user access or other pecuniary loss) arising out of this TOS or the use of or inability to use the service, even if American Catholic Tribune Media Network has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your exclusive remedy and American Catholic Tribune Media Network’s total aggregate liability relating to, arising out of, in connection with, or incidental to this TOS for any reason shall be limited to the actual direct damages incurred by you, up to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00). Illinois law will govern these Terms, as well as any claim, cause of action or dispute that might arise between you and American Catholic Tribune Media Network (a "Claim"), without regard to conflict of law provisions. For any claim brought by either party, you agree to submit and consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction in, and the exclusive venue of, the state and federal courts located within Cook County, Illinois.
This TOS and the Privacy Policy comprise the entire agreement between you and American Catholic Tribune Media Network and supersede all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions or agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. All notices, requests or other communications shall be in writing and sent via e-mail or US pre-paid post to the authorized representative of the other party. If any part of this TOS is found to be illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, then that part shall be removed and remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable. No joint venture, partnership, employment, agency or exclusive relationship shall exist between you and American Catholic Tribune Media Network. Any failure to enforce any provision of this TOS shall not constitute a waiver of such rights. All disclaimers, limitations, and restrictions of warranty shall survive termination of this TOS, as well as the provisions of this "General" section.
