The Reverend Mr. Przemyslaw L. Rozestwinski is set to be ordained to the priesthood by Archbishop Nelson J. Pérez, D.D., Archbishop of Philadelphia. The ordination ceremony will take place on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul in Philadelphia.

Deacon Rozestwinski, originally from Poland and raised there before completing high school in the Netherlands, moved to the United States as an exchange student. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and a Master’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey. His priestly formation began at Saints Cyril & Methodius Polish Seminary in Michigan before he entered Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary in 2021.

Father Rozestwinski will celebrate his First Solemn Mass of Thanksgiving on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at Saint Adalbert Catholic Church in Philadelphia. Reverend Jan Palkowski will concelebrate the Mass and deliver the homily.

Five men are part of the Ordination Class of 2025 for the Church of Philadelphia. After their ordination, most will serve as parochial vicars within archdiocesan parishes.
