Martha’s Choice Marketplace and Community Farm, part of Catholic Social Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, is organizing a two-day event to distribute Thanksgiving meals to over 800 families in Montgomery County. The distribution will take place on Monday, November 25, and Tuesday, November 26, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Martha’s Choice Marketplace located at 353 East Johnson Highway in Norristown, PA.
The event is open to families who have registered in advance with Martha’s Choice. Due to limited resources, only those registered can receive assistance.
Families attending the event will receive a turkey along with traditional side dishes such as stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, corn, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, dinner rolls, and pumpkin pie.
