The State of Missouri has filed a lawsuit against Planned Parenthood for trafficking minors out of state to obtain abortions without parental consent. Attorney General Andrew Bailey has brought charges following the release of a video where a Planned Parenthood employee offered to help transport a 13-year-old girl to a Kansas facility, stating, “We never tell the parents anything. She’s an adult in our clinics.”

Kelsey Pritchard, state public affairs director for SBA Pro-Life America, responded to the situation by criticizing Planned Parenthood's actions and their political connections: “In funneling billions of dollars to Democrats in power over the years, Planned Parenthood has long believed the rules don’t apply to them. The Democrat Party continuously enables the abortion industry’s egregious legal violations and threats to parental rights."

AG Bailey emphasized the seriousness of the lawsuit, calling it a “multi-year campaign” to remove Planned Parenthood from Missouri due to their disregard for the laws. Susan B.
