Democratic attorneys general from 22 states and Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro have withdrawn a lawsuit that aimed to block a provision in the One Big Beautiful Bill. This provision seeks to end Medicaid funding for abortion facilities, amounting to approximately $500 million. The withdrawal follows a recent decision by a Massachusetts judge who halted the measure after a suit filed by Planned Parenthood.
