Karen Brady, a member of Holy Name of Mary Church in Calvary, Kentucky, along with her family, attended Pope Leo XIV's first papal audience. The event took place during their visit to Rome for the Jubilee Year of Hope.

"We will never forget that experience and seeing the new pope in the holy seat of the Catholic Church. It was such a blessing," Brady expressed in an email interview.
