Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City is marking its centennial anniversary. The organization has been providing assistance to individuals and families in need for 100 years. "We are grateful to have served those in need throughout central and western Oklahoma for the past century," said Patrick Raglow, executive director of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City.
The organization began as a small office on February 10, 1925, under Bishop Francis Kelley. Over time, it expanded its services across the region. "Our programs have grown from adoption and foster care to include disaster relief, homeless services, refugee resettlement, counseling services and more," added Raglow.
In celebrating this milestone, Catholic Charities is looking forward to continuing its mission with the support of community partners and donors.
"We are honored by the trust placed in us by those we serve and our supporters," said Raglow. The organization remains committed to adapting its services to meet evolving needs.
