The St. Serra Club of Louisville is set to hold its upcoming luncheon meeting on December 2 at Golden Corral, located at 4032 Taylorsville Road. The event will feature Father Jeff Shooner, vicar general, as the speaker. Attendance costs are $12 for members and $15 for non-members. In a festive spirit, the Young Catholic Professionals of Louisville are organizing a Christmas party on December 10 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Upland in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Interested individuals can find more information and RSVP at youngcatholicprofessionals.org/chapter/louisville.

On December 6, Catholic Cemeteries will host a Tree of Remembrance lighting ceremony at Calvary Cemetery, located at 1600 Newburg Road. The public is welcome to attend the event starting at 6:30 p.m., with gates closing by 6:25 p.m. Attendees can bring ornaments from home or use those provided by Catholic Cemeteries to hang on the tree in memory of loved ones. Bellarmine University's Campus Ministry invites the community to "Lessons and Carols," an event combining biblical lessons with Advent and Christmas hymns, on December 4 at Our Lady of the Woods Chapel on campus starting at 5:30 p.m. Questions regarding the event can be addressed to Sarah Barry at sbarry@bellarmine.edu.

The skull of St. Thomas Aquinas will be available for veneration on December 10 at St. Louis Bertrand Church during a votive Mass beginning at noon and continuing until public veneration ends at 6 p.m. On December 12, the relic will also be displayed for veneration throughout different times of the day at St. Rose Priory Church in Springfield, Kentucky.
