In the span of 10 months, the Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America and Women Speak Out field team has visited over 300,000 homes in North Carolina to talk to voters about abortion in advance of the 2024 election. Canvassers are on the ground in Raleigh, Durham, Charlotte, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and Fayetteville. Their messaging focuses on what they describe as an extreme Democrat agenda for no limits on abortion championed by Kamala Harris and Josh Stein.

North Carolina State Director Michelle Ashley says North Carolinians are eager to make their voices heard in what she calls "the most pivotal election on abortion to date."

“Attorney General Josh Stein is doing everything within his power to stop North Carolina’s law that provides paid maternity leave, childcare funds and protections for the unborn at 12 weeks," Ashley stated. "Like Kamala Harris, Stein does not support any limits on abortion – not even in the seventh, eighth and ninth months of pregnancy. By talking with hundreds of thousands of North Carolinians face-to-face, we’re ensuring abortion extremism costs the Democrats on Election Day. The voters we meet are appalled when they hear that Harris and Stein oppose protections for even those babies who survive failed abortions. We’re seeing votes change right before our eyes.”

In the 2024 election cycle, SBA Pro-Life America and affiliates plan to raise and spend a record $92 million to protect life across America. Voter contact programs through SBA and its partners will reach 10 million voters in eight key states: Michigan, Arizona, Georgia, Montana, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Ohio. The canvassing program’s strategy focuses on educating and engaging citizens to guard protections for the unborn in these states and vote for a pro-life majority in Washington D.C.
