Hawaii Catholic Schools and Chaminade University, with the support of John C. and Mary Lou Brogan, have launched the prestigious Golden Pine"apple" Award to honor excellence in teaching and administration within the Catholic Schools of Hawaii.

The award ceremony, set to take place in May, will recognize outstanding teachers/specialists and administrators for the 2023-2024 school year. The deserving recipients will not only receive the coveted Golden Pine"apple" trophy but also a monetary prize of $1,000.

Nominations for both the Teacher of the Year and Administrator of the Year categories are currently open, with submissions being accepted until the end of the month.
