Dr. Pattie Davis, the Superintendent of the Diocese of Baton Rouge, has expressed her gratitude and joy for Catholic Schools Week. "We are grateful for the profound commitment to Catholic education from Bishop Duca, our pastors, parishioners, parents, grandparents, principals, staff, faculty, and the broader community," Dr. Davis states. It is through their collective dedication that the community can "Evangelize Hearts, Educate Minds, Encourage Talents, and Embrace the Future!"

During Catholic Schools Week, the Diocese of Baton Rouge will be hosting special events at various schools, as well as diocesan-wide events. These include the Distinguished Leadership Dinner on January 29, the Catholic Schools Week Mass on February 1, and the Showcase of Arts & Talents on February 2. These events serve as an opportunity for the community to come together and celebrate the achievements and talents of students within the diocese.
