The Nebraska Catholic Medical Association (CMA) has announced that it will be holding a meeting on Saturday, Jan. 27, immediately following the Nebraska Walk for Life. The walk, which supports the pro-life cause, will take place at 10 a.m. outside the Nebraska State Capitol in Lincoln.

The CMA meeting will be held in the Lincoln Community Foundation small conference room on the fifth floor of 215 Centennial Mall South. Attendees will be provided with lunch during the meeting.

The CMA is the largest association of Catholic individuals in health care. Its primary goal is to assist members in growing in faith, maintaining ethical integrity, and providing excellent health care in accordance with the teachings of the Church. The organization also supports the establishment and operation of independent guilds, or chapters, throughout the country. These guilds serve as platforms for fellowship, education, and service to the local Church, the community, and fellow professionals in health care.

Nebraska is home to two CMA guilds, located in Omaha and Lincoln. Dr. Arthur Grinstead serves as the president of the Lincoln Guild.

In order to attend the meeting on Jan. 27, interested individuals are required to RSVP to either the Omaha CMA at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or the Lincoln CMA at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

The CMA meeting following the Nebraska Walk for Life presents a valuable opportunity for Catholic individuals in health care to come together, exchange knowledge and experiences, and further strengthen their commitment to providing quality care in line with their faith.
