A federal judge has again blocked efforts to cut funding for abortion providers, a move criticized by Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America. Earlier this year, a panel from the 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, composed entirely of judges appointed by former President Joe Biden, reversed Judge Talwani’s earlier ruling and allowed provisions of the bill that restrict taxpayer funding for abortion providers to proceed.
