During his visit, Bishop Chylinski plans to meet with students and tour the school facilities. Andrew McLaughlin, Ed.D., Secretary for Elementary Education for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, and Bernadette Doughtery, Assistant Superintendent for Elementary Education for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, are expected to attend as well.
Saint Maximilian Kolbe Parish School opened its doors in 2000 with a mission to foster personal growth through Gospel values and service to others. The school has been recognized as a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence and received the School of Distinguished Instruction Award from the Archdiocese’s Office of Catholic Education.
