Kennedy, requiring taxpayer funding for all Planned Parenthood facilities across the country rather than just certain locations. This action overrides the One Big Beautiful Bill, which had previously halted mandatory taxpayer support for Planned Parenthood.

Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America responded to the ruling with criticism. The organization described itself as “a network of more than one million pro-life Americans nationwide, dedicated to ending abortion by electing national leaders and advocating for laws that save lives, with a special calling to promote pro-life women leaders.”

The group also stated that it had addressed several claims made in the judge’s ruling, disputing their accuracy.

This legal development means that public funds will continue to be directed toward Planned Parenthood while the court order remains in place.
