Members of the Archdiocesan Class of 2025 have achieved a new milestone by earning $628,776,126 in scholarships to attend colleges and universities nationwide. This figure marks a record for the graduating class.
William E. Brannick, Superintendent of Secondary Schools and Schools of Special Education for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, announced this achievement via a Reel posted on the Archdiocese of Philadelphia Schools' Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Additionally, nearly 300 graduates from this year's class will participate in college athletic programs starting next year.
Archbishop Nelson J. Pérez recently addressed all Archdiocesan school families, faculty, staff, administrators, and especially the Class of 2025. He remarked: “You have worked hard and achieved so much in the classroom, on the playing fields, through extracurricular activities, and in your service to your communities.” He added his appreciation for “the dedicated parents, teachers, staff, and administrators in our parish and regional elementary schools, high schools, and schools of special education for guiding our young people throughout their educational journey.”
