Benedictine University has acknowledged the accomplishments of graduates who completed their Master of Public Health degrees through a partnership with Dalian Medical University. The university also celebrated those who earned Master's degrees in Management Information Systems and Business Administration via collaboration with Shenyang University. These partnerships aim to nurture leaders who foster innovation between the United States and China.

During three commencement ceremonies, President Foy addressed the graduates, urging them to tackle global challenges with their expertise while promoting inclusivity and sustainability worldwide. His speech underscored Benedictine's core values of ethical leadership and global engagement.

In addition to attending the ceremonies, President Foy visited Changchun Financial College, reinforcing international partnerships. College leadership praised the collaboration since 2012, emphasizing academic exchanges and joint research efforts.
