St. Michael Parish in Hastings is set to host a day of recollection on Ash Wednesday, March 5. The event welcomes both men and women and will take place at the church located at 7th and Creighton streets.

Fr. Evan Winter, pastor of St. John the Baptist Parish in Minden, will lead the conferences during the event. Attendees can participate in Mass, confession opportunities, and the stations of the cross.

Registration for the event will occur from 9 to 9:30 a.m. in St. Michael’s Theisen Hall. The cost to attend is $5 per person, with participants encouraged to bring a meatless sack lunch. Refreshments will be available.
