The Diocese has issued ten decrees altering parish boundaries in various locations. These changes affect several parishes, including Holy Trinity in Bolivar, Sacred Heart in Coshocton, and Immaculate Conception in Dennison. Other affected parishes are St. Joseph in Dover, St. Ann in Dresden, and St. Bernadette and St. Mary of the Assumption, both located in Lancaster.

Further modifications involve Sacred Heart in New Philadelphia and two parishes in Zanesville: St. Nicholas and St. Thomas Aquinas.

The decrees can be accessed through downloadable PDF links provided by the Diocese.
