Dominican Sister of Peace Carol Davis is marking her 50th jubilee this year. Sister Davis, originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has offered her ministry across several states including Kentucky, New York, Florida, Alabama, Virginia, and New Mexico.

Currently, Sister Davis holds the position of councilor on the leadership team within her congregation. Additionally, she leads at the Sansbury Care Center in Springfield, Kentucky. This facility provides skilled and personal care services to both religious and lay women in the rural area.

Sister Davis has also been involved with survivors of human trafficking and was part of the board for U.S. Catholic Sisters Against Human Trafficking. Her ministry extends to aiding survivors of sexual abuse and trauma.
