A Special Disciples of Jesus Mass is scheduled for January 19 at 3 p.m. at St. Margaret Mary Church, located at 7813 Shelbyville Road. The Mass is designed for children and families with special needs, followed by a light reception. Tara Mattingly can be contacted for further details.

On February 3, the Mass of Remembrance and Healing, also known as the Purple Mass, will take place at St. Albert the Great Church, 1395 Girard Drive, at 7 p.m. Archbishop Shelton J. Fabre will lead this service intended for those mourning loved ones lost to substance abuse.

St. Margaret Mary Church’s Vocations Committee is organizing a vocations and Catholic trivia night on January 31 at 6 p.m., featuring local religious members. Interested parties can RSVP online or reach out via email for more information.
