A silent retreat for women is set to take place at the Villa Maria Retreat Center in Springfield, Illinois. The event, which runs from February 28 to March 2, is based on the spiritual exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola and aims to provide participants with an opportunity for prayer, self-reflection, and spiritual growth.

The retreat will be held amidst the serene surroundings of the Villa Maria Retreat Center overlooking Lake Springfield. Participants will have the chance to engage in various spiritual activities including Mass, confession, eucharistic adoration, spiritual talks, and personal prayer time.

The cost for attending the retreat is $300 for a shared room with a bath or $350 for a single room with a bath. This fee covers meals, snacks, and all retreat materials.
