Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America (SBA) and Women Speak Out PAC (WSO) have announced an $80 million investment aimed at maintaining pro-life majorities in the U.S. House and Senate during the 2026 midterm elections. The initiative seeks to reach 10.5 million voters nationwide through a combination of canvassing, digital advertising, voter contact mail, and early voting campaigns.
The organizations plan to make 4.5 million home visits to voters in battleground states such as Iowa, Georgia, Michigan, and North Carolina. These states are considered key for both Senate and House races. Additionally, student teams will be deployed to a dozen competitive House districts across the country.
The campaign will focus on pro-life voters who do not regularly participate in midterm elections as well as persuadable voters. Citing a CNN poll, SBA noted that Donald Trump secured 91% of the pro-life vote in 2024 and would not have won if just 1% to 2% of those voters had abstained from voting.
According to SBA Pro-Life America, it operates the largest pro-life voter contact program in the United States. In 2024, the organization reached 10 million voters across eight battleground states including Montana, contributing to Republican victories in Congress and the presidency.
These outcomes reportedly resulted in the closure of 42 Planned Parenthood clinics this year following legislation that defunded large abortion providers. The election results also prevented Democrats from passing the “Women’s Health Protection Act,” which SBA claims would have overridden state-level pro-life laws and allowed abortion without restrictions.
“Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America is a network of more than one million pro-life Americans nationwide, dedicated to ending abortion by electing national leaders and advocating for laws that save lives, with a special calling to promote pro-life women leaders.”
Women Speak Out PAC is described as a partner organization amplifying women’s voices against what it calls “abortion extremists.” Since its founding in 2014, WSO has built what it says is the largest on-the-ground political campaign for pro-life issues in the country.
