Archbishop Nelson J. Pérez will lead a Mass of Thanksgiving for the election of Pope Leo XIV. The event is scheduled for Friday, May 9, 2025, at 12:05 p.m. at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul in Philadelphia.

The faithful from the Church of Philadelphia are invited to attend the Mass, and priests are welcome to concelebrate.
