Christ the King Church will hold its final mass on April 27 at 11 a.m., with Father John Burke as the main celebrant and Father George Otuma as concelebrant. A reception will follow the service.

St. Athanasius Church will celebrate Divine Mercy Sunday on April 27, from 2 p.m. Eucharistic adoration and confession will start at 2 p.m., followed by a service at 3 p.m. led by Deacon Sam King.

St. Albert the Great Church plans a Divine Mercy celebration on April 27, commencing at 3 p.m. with Archbishop Shelton J. Fabre celebrating Mass at 5 p.m. for Blessed Carlo Acutis's canonization. Laura Sullivan can provide additional information.

The Marian Committee will conduct a First Saturday devotion on May 3 at St. Ignatius Martyr Church. The devotion commences post-9 a.m. Mass and includes reconciliation among other activities.

A prayer service will be held by Catholic Cemeteries on April 30 at Calvary Cemetery for families that have lost a child, happening monthly. Service starts at 1:30 p.m.

The St. Serra Club of Louisville will have its next luncheon meeting on April 21, featuring Harrison Frey, a seminarian. The meeting is open to members and non-members for a fee.

The Young Catholic Professionals Louisville Chapter organizes a “Happy and Holy Hour” on April 22, with its activities starting at 6 p.m. followed by a social hour. Registration is available online.

"Dead Theologians Society," a prayer group for young adults, takes place at St. John Paul II Church on the first Wednesday of each month. For further details, Curt Meyers can be contacted.

Parents of Addicted Loved Ones (PAL) and the support group Ups & Downs meet regularly at St. John Paul II Church and Forest Hills Commons respectively.

The St. Francis Xavier Church Women’s Club schedules a bunco event on April 24, while Most Blessed Sacrament Church is hosting a similar event on April 27. Contact persons for both events are provided.

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul will organize its Roses & Rosé brunch on April 27 at The Olmsted. Contact Makenzie Greenwell for more details about the event which supports a transitional housing program.

The Catholic Single Adults Club is assembling on April 27 for a social event including Putt-Putt and dinner, whereas Catholic Singles of Louisville hold monthly gatherings.

A blood drive by St. Bernadette Church is set for April 26. Donations can be scheduled through the Red Cross website.

The St. Meinrad Archabbey Library Gallery features Mary Ann Michna's exhibition until May 30. Further information is available by contacting the library.

Mid-Kentucky Chorus will entertain with Gershwin music on April 25 at St. Catharine Motherhouse, while the St. Meinrad Archabbey will offer an interpretation of Vivaldi’s “The Four Seasons” the same day.

Holy Spirit School has arranged a class reunion for May 17-18. Inquiry about the reunion should be directed to Lauren Montfont.

The Archdiocese of Louisville Ministry Institute provides faith formation classes, with a variety of offerings as listed in their course catalog.

St. Bernadette Church presents a talk on “Church Teaching on the Death Penalty” led by Deacon Pat Harris on April 24 and 25.

Nazareth Home will host an educational series talk on sleep improvement on April 23, with Dr. James Layne Moore as the guest speaker. Advance registration is advised.
