On April 18, families from the Cathedral of the Risen Christ Parish in Lincoln are set to present living stations of the cross on the parish grounds, coinciding with Good Friday.
The event will start, weather permitting, at the southeast corner of the cathedral at 5 p.m., and will be repeated at intervals of 15 minutes until 5:45 p.m. The presentations will depict key moments from the betrayal to the burial of Jesus.
This annual event marks its sixth presentation and is open to the public. Attendees are invited to walk alongside the stations and participate in prayer while young people enact roles such as Jesus, the Blessed Mother, chief priests, and soldiers.
