SBA Pro-Life America Candidate Fund has declared its endorsement for the re-election of U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham. On March 31, 2025, SBA Pro-Life America President Marjorie Dannenfelser, Senator Graham, and local pro-life leaders participated in a tour and press event at the Carolina Pregnancy Center in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The center provides various services, including free pregnancy testing and ultrasounds, as well as essential goods and educational programs for child development and parenting.

The pregnancy centers in South Carolina collectively served nearly 13,800 individuals in 2022, delivering more than $3.1 million in materials and services. More than half of these services, valued at $1.6 million, were medical services typically offered free of charge.

During the 2024 election cycle, SBA Pro-Life America and associated entities invested $92 million in efforts to protect life across the United States. Their voter contact program notably reached over 10 million voters considered persuadable or with historically low turnout, personally contacting 4 million of them in key battleground states, including Arizona, Georgia, and Pennsylvania.
