Mr. and Mrs. Charles Suhre Jr., who are part of the Our Mother of Sorrows Church community, recently marked their 60th wedding anniversary on January 30. The couple celebrated this milestone with a Mass at their church.

Mrs. Suhre, formerly known as Maureen Grimes, is retired from her work with Our Lady’s Rosary Makers. Her husband, Mr. Suhre, is also retired from both LG&E and Our Lady’s Rosary Makers.

The couple has four children, though one has passed away, and they have two grandchildren.
