Dannenfelser highlighted that pro-life Senators James Lankford, Steve Daines, Thom Tillis, Tim Scott, and Josh Hawley posed specific questions to Kennedy on critical pro-life priorities. According to her statement, "he provided clear answers and commitments."

She emphasized Kennedy's pledge to implement directives from former President Trump aimed at ending taxpayer funding of abortion both domestically and internationally. This includes reintroducing the Protect Life Rule which halts taxpayer funding of organizations like Planned Parenthood under Title X.

Kennedy also committed to addressing complications associated with abortion drugs. He expressed concern over the lack of adverse event reporting and promised to investigate the safety of these drugs.

The statement also referenced a new Marist/Knights of Columbus nationwide poll indicating that seven in ten Americans favor restrictions on abortion. It revealed that 57% of Americans, including 54% of women, oppose domestic tax-funded abortions (with 29% strongly opposing) and 73% oppose using tax dollars for abortions abroad.
