The Diocese has issued twelve decrees altering parish boundaries. These changes affect several parishes across different locations. The parishes impacted include Blessed Sacrament in Newark, Church of the Ascension in Johnstown, and Our Lady of Lourdes in Marysville. Other affected parishes are Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Buckeye Lake, St. Edward the Confessor in Granville, and St. Francis de Sales in Newark.

Further alterations apply to St. Leonard in Heath, St. Joseph in Circleville and Plain City, as well as St. Patrick in London. The decrees also cover Sts. Simon and Jude in West Jefferson and The Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Canal Winchester.

Copies of these decrees can be accessed through provided PDF links for those seeking more detailed information on the specific boundary changes.
