The Archdiocese of Louisville’s Office of Multicultural Ministry will host a community-wide celebration in honor of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The event is scheduled for January 20 at 10 a.m. and will take place at the Cathedral of the Assumption, located at 433 S. Fifth St.

Archbishop Shelton J. Fabre is set to preside over the service, marking its 38th year. The theme for this year's celebration is “Healing Brings Peace.” Attendees can expect reflective readings and songs of praise performed by the Archdiocesan Gospel Choir.
