Archbishop Nelson J. Pérez | Archdiocese of Philedelphia
Archbishop Nelson J. Pérez will lead the Archdiocese of Philadelphia's annual Mass honoring Our Lady of Guadalupe. The event is scheduled for December 11, 2024, on the eve of her feast day. Archbishop Pérez will serve as both the principal celebrant and homilist.
Our Lady of Guadalupe holds significant titles as the Patroness of the Americas, Unborn Children, and the New Evangelization. In observance, members from across the five-county Archdiocese will participate in a procession to the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul in Philadelphia.
The procession begins at 8:30 p.m., followed by Mass at 9:00 p.m. After receiving Holy Eucharist, an icon of Our Lady of Guadalupe will be carried through the aisles of the Cathedral.
The Mass can be viewed live online via Facebook.com/ArchPhila and Facebook.com/HispanosPhilly.
