Regnum Christi is extending an invitation to men from all backgrounds to join a spiritual retreat focused on the Kingdom of Christ. The event will be held from December 12-15 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Retreat House in Waverly and will be led by Father Daniel Wilson, LC.

The retreat aims to help participants deepen their faith and enhance their spiritual leadership. It is open to men of all ages, whether they are familiar with Regnum Christi or new to the movement. The weekend will feature activities based on the teachings of St. Ignatius of Loyola, including Mass, Eucharistic adoration, reconciliation, spiritual direction, and meditations.

Father Daniel Wilson brings over two decades of priestly ministry experience to the retreat. He joined the Legionaries of Christ in 1991, studied in Rome, and was ordained in 2002. Currently serving as the Superior of the Calgary Community and Regnum Christi Section Chaplain, Father Wilson's expertise in spiritual formation will guide attendees throughout the retreat.

Regnum Christi encourages men to live out their faith actively and become leaders within their families and communities. This upcoming retreat offers a chance for men to pause from daily life distractions and listen more closely to God's call.

Several attendance options are available for those interested. Participants can choose a Thursday-only option from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., which includes Mass, dinner, social time, and prayer. Another option allows for an overnight stay with participation in Friday's conference activities starting at 7:30 a.m., covering meals and presentations on leadership.

For those preferring a weekend-only experience, check-in begins Friday at 5 p.m., followed by social time and evening sessions starting at 7 p.m., continuing through Sunday noon with various spiritual exercises.

Discounted pricing is offered for attending the entire weekend from Thursday through Sunday. Additionally, live-streamed sessions and on-demand recordings provide an online alternative for those unable to attend in person.

Further information and registration details can be found at goodcounselretreat.org or by contacting their office at 402-786-2705.
