David and Susan Williams will mark their 40th wedding anniversary on October 20. The couple are members of Epiphany Church and Christ Church United Methodist. Susan, previously known as Susan Witte, works as a referral coordinator for Family Allergy & Asthma, while David is a network engineer at Baptist Health. They have three children, one of whom has passed away, and two grandchildren. In celebration of their milestone, they took a trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks.

Ray and Mary Cissell Nugent recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on October 12. They belong to St. Francis of Assisi Church in St. Francis, Kentucky. Mary is a retired teacher from Marion County Public Schools after dedicating 33 years to the profession. Ray also retired following 35 years at G.E. The Nugents have three children, with one deceased, and four grandchildren.
