On the eve of Mother's Day, U.S. Senators Katie Britt (R-AL), Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Kevin Cramer (R-ND) are set to introduce the More Opportunities for Moms to Succeed (MOMS) Act. This legislation aims to address a myriad of challenges faced by pregnant, postpartum, and parenting mothers by providing substantial and empowering support.

The MOMS Act joins several other significant pieces of legislation aimed at expanding the pro-life safety net. These include Senator Rubio’s Providing for Life Act and Standing with Moms Act, as well as Senator Cramer’s Unborn Child Support Act.
