ORLANDO | The Diocese of Orlando will celebrate the priestly service of jubilarians during the annual Chrism Mass on March 25 at the Basilica of the National Shrine of Mary, Queen of the Universe.
Msgr. David Page, who has dedicated 65 years to priesthood, is known for his work in building up the Body of Christ through various projects and helping the faithful encounter Jesus through the Sacraments. Reflecting on his strong belief in the Catholic faith, Msgr. Page once shared, "I knew then that I had a strong belief in the Catholic faith. I knew I wanted to share that faith. I never really had any doubts."
Msgr. William Ennis, another jubilarian, has served the Diocese of Orlando for over 47 years, overseeing significant projects like the construction of new church buildings and schools. In a moment of reflection, Msgr. Ennis expressed, "It’s awesome to look back now and see and be aware of (God’s) presence always guiding me (through the good and not-so-good times) all through my priesthood."
Father Bill Zamborsky, celebrating 50 years of priesthood, emphasized the importance of the people of God in his journey, stating, "In every place his assignments have taken him, the people of God have become family to him." Father Zamborsky's love for nature and faith is reflected in his special connection to Alaska, where he often finds solace and a sense of home.
Redemptorist Father Aldrin Nunes, who has been serving at Sacred Heart Parish in New Smyrna Beach, shared his journey to priesthood, saying, "I get the opportunity every day to share my Catholic faith with other people and bring revival and renewal to individuals, families, and parishes." Father Nunes highlighted the importance of sharing his faith and preaching plentiful redemption to others.
The Diocese of Orlando is truly blessed with the dedication and commitment of these jubilarians, who have selflessly served the Church and its members with unwavering faith and devotion.
