Rev. James D. Conley, D.D., S.T.L. | Diocese of Lincoln website
Unbound Ministry in the Diocese of Lincoln is hosting an eight-week video series aimed at introducing Unbound to those seeking greater freedom in Christ. The series will take place at North American Martyrs' parish hall in Lincoln every Thursday at 6:30 p.m., starting from February 1st.
The video series will consist of watching videos about the "Keys" of Unbound, followed by small group discussions and a Q&A session. Participants will also receive a workbook containing testimonies, discussion questions, and reflections to guide them throughout the week.
Unbound Ministry, developed by Neal Lozano, focuses on the individual's story and heart as a prayer model for deliverance and healing. Carmen Mostek from St. Peter Parish in Lincoln shared her experience with Unbound prayer, saying, "Unbound finally helped me get past the roadblocks in forgiveness and helped me be freed from different spirits I didn't even know I housed."
Father Gary Coulter, the director of Unbound Ministry in the Diocese of Lincoln, described Unbound as a process of conversion. He explained, "Each key gives a person tools that they can use to respond to grace and lock the door on the powers of darkness." Father Coulter also expressed his personal journey with Unbound, saying, "Unbound has taught me how to listen more and discern the truth of the Holy Spirit from the lies of the evil one. Having found so much freedom myself, I am privileged to be part of this ministry and help others to do the same."
The video series will not only provide an introduction to Unbound but also prepare individuals to receive Unbound prayer if they wish. Father Coulter emphasized that attendees will feel safe, loved, and accepted as they learn more about deliverance ministry and continue discerning if they need prayer, healing, and freedom.
The series is open to all, and no registration is required to join. The only cost associated with participation is the $10 workbook.
