St. Henry Catholic Church in Nashville shared a reflection of hope from the Rev. Shinto Padinjaredathu in the church's Aug. 30 bulletin.
“If we could grow and advance in the divine perspectives, every event or phase of our life would be perceived as a stepping stone into the best that is yet to come," Fr. Padinjaredathu said. "The person who is able to sense the plan of God even in apparently insignificant or irrelevant events, would become mature in life.”
We, as followers of Christ, should be able to hold onto the hope that is a life with God. Even in spite of the chaos that we experience all around us, with God we can work our way around those dilemmas and see that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
Rather than relying on our own hope, we should be pleased to rely on God for all that we need in this life.
