Thirteen Dominican Sisters of Peace from the Archdiocese of Louisville are marking significant anniversaries as members of their religious community this year. These jubilees recognize years of service and dedication as Dominicans.

Two sisters, Sister Veronica Colahan, OP, and Sister Corina Padilla, OP, are celebrating 75 years. Four sisters—Sister Helen Cahill, OP; Sister Ann Daylor, OP; Sister Patricia Rae McNamara, OP; and Sister Martha McNulty, OP—are observing 70 years. Five others have reached the 65-year milestone: Sister Juanita Carrigan, OP; Sister Mary Christoffel, OP; Sister Lourdette Gangemi, OP; Sister Julia Grey, OP; and Sister Clara Hoang Luu, OP. Sister Shaw-Cote, OP is also listed among those with 65 years. One sister, Sister Rene Weeks, OP, is celebrating her 60th jubilee.

The Dominican Sisters of Peace congregation was established in 2009 through the merger of seven Dominican communities. The Dominican Sisters of St. Catharine in Kentucky were included in this merger.
