The U.S. Senate recently passed a budget resolution, allowing for the commencement of drafting a reconciliation bill if approved by the House. Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America responded positively to this development.

"Reconciliation bills in 2015 and 2017 included a provision to stop funneling American tax dollars to Big Abortion. This year, Congress can finally end funding for an industry that endangers women, kills unborn children and spends millions lobbying for abortion on demand with no limits," said Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America in a statement. The organization highlighted that, according to its last report, Planned Parenthood was responsible for the termination of nearly 400,000 pregnancies while receiving close to $700 million from taxpayers within a year.

Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America, supported by over 150 pro-life groups nationwide, is urging Congress to cut funding to Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers through budget reconciliation. Recently, over 350 activists engaged with numerous congressional offices on the subject.

The organization describes itself as a national network of more than one million pro-life advocates, focusing on ending abortion by influencing leadership elections, promoting life-saving legislation, and supporting pro-life women leaders.
