Archbishop Nelson J. Pérez | Archdiocese of Philedelphia
Ryan Quigley, a Lansdale Catholic High School alumni and survivor of a terror attack in New Orleans, is set to return to his alma mater. Quigley, who graduated in 2016, will speak to the school's community about his experiences, highlighting the tragic loss of his friend, Tiger Bech. He is determined to share Bech's life and how it has inspired his perseverance.
The speaking event is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1, 2025, from 9:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Lansdale Catholic High School gymnasium, located on Lansdale Avenue, Pennsylvania. Additionally, Brandon Saho, a former sports reporter now advocating for mental health, will address the students. Saho's presentation, titled "The Mental Game," will precede Quigley's talk.
Quigley's time at Lansdale Catholic saw him excel in athletics, notably as a two-time MVP in the Philadelphia Catholic League in football and a consistent performer in basketball and baseball. His athletic contributions include leading the Crusaders to the PCL Championship game.
