U.S. Senator Bob Casey Jr., a long-time political figure in Washington, D.C., has been defeated after nearly two decades in office. The defeat comes after Casey's controversial shift in 2022 when he supported federal legislation for unrestricted abortion access throughout pregnancy. This change resulted in him receiving a failing grade from Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America on their National Pro-Life Scorecard.

Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America, alongside its affiliated entities, invested $92 million this election cycle to support pro-life initiatives across the country. Their voter contact program targeted more than 10 million voters across eight battleground states, including Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Montana, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. As part of these efforts, over four million home visits were made by pro-life canvassers to rally support for pro-life Senate candidates and challenge pro-abortion Democrats.

The organization Women Speak Out PAC played a significant role in these efforts as a partner of SBA Pro-Life America. It is described as "a super PAC amplifying the voices of women opposed to abortion extremists." Since its inception in 2014, Women Speak Out PAC has developed into the largest pro-life grassroots political campaign nationwide.

"Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America is a network of more than one million pro-life Americans nationwide," committed to promoting laws that protect life and advancing pro-life leadership at the national level.
