Effective July 1, 2024, several new appointments and renewals have been made within the Catholic community in Ohio. Reverend Thien Toan Nguyen, CRM, has been appointed Chaplain/Moderator of the Catholic Vietnamese Community of Dayton and will assist with hospital ministry. Reverend Chau Pham SVD's role as Chaplain/Moderator of the Catholic Vietnamese Community of Our Lady of Lavang Parish in Cincinnati has been renewed.

Reverend Miguel Torres, MCCJ, and Reverend Samuel Yacob Langena, MCCJ, have both been appointed Parochial Vicars for the S-12 Family of Parishes. This group includes Holy Family, St. Boniface, St. Joseph, St. Leo the Great, and St. Therese Little Flower in Cincinnati.

Effective July 3, 2024, Reverend Thomas Bolte will serve as temporary parochial administrator for SW-8 Family of Parishes which includes St. Ignatius Loyola in Monfort Heights.

On July 30, 2024, Reverend Jeff Kemper will take on the role of temporary parochial administrator for C-5 Family of Parishes including St. Susanna in Mason.

Starting October 1, 2024, Reverend Matthew Lee will be appointed Parochial Vicar for SE-2 Family of Parishes encompassing St. Benignus in Greenfield; St. Mary in Hillsboro; Holy Trinity in West Union; and St. Mary Queen of Heaven in Peebles.

From October 12 onwards:

Reverend Andrew J. Umberg is set to become Pastor for SW-8 Family of Parishes including St. Ignatius Loyola in Cincinnati.

Reverend Ronald C. Haft will act as temporary parochial administrator for S-7 Family of Parishes covering multiple churches: St. Bartholomew (Cincinnati), Assumption (Mt Healthy), St Vivian (Cincinnati), St Clare (Cincinnati), Mother Of Christ (Cincinnati), and St Bernard (Spring Grove Village).

Reverend Henry Hoffmann has been named Parochial Vicar for these same S-7 parishes.

Effective November 1:

Reverend Michael A Willig is taking up a new position as Director at Vocations Office within Archdiocese Of Cincinnati.

Reverend Barry Stechschulte becomes Parochial Vicar NW -1 covering Holy Trinity Coldwater; Mary Help Of Christians Ft Recovery; Saint Anthony ; Saint Joseph ; Saint Mary Philothea ; Saint Paul Sharpsburg & Saint Peter .

Reverend Ethan Hoying joins NW -4 Holy Face Jesus Parish incorporating Immaculate Conception Botkins ; Saint John Fryburg ; Saint Joseph Wapakoneta & Lawrence Rhine .
