Archdiocese offers training for pastoral care to the sick

The Archdiocese of Louisville Family Ministries Office is offering a six-session training program for individuals interested in providing pastoral care to the sick. The program aims to equip participants with the skills needed to offer pastoral care to those who are homebound or residing in hospitals or nursing homes.

Classes will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Basilica of St. Joseph Proto-Cathedral’s Parish Office in Bardstown, Kentucky, on consecutive Mondays from September 9 through October 14.
