In an effort to mobilize voters and advocate for pro-life values, a pro-life field team has launched a campaign in Montana with the goal of reaching 150,000 voters. Led by Montana State Director Jodi Smith, the team will be visiting homes in Helena, Bozeman, Missoula, and Billings to engage with voters on crucial issues surrounding the 2024 election.
Smith, a seasoned SBA field team veteran, expressed her team's enthusiasm for making a difference in what is considered a pivotal election on the issue of abortion. She highlighted the importance of addressing President Biden's agenda for unlimited abortion, U.S. Senator Jon Tester's voting record, and the ballot measure concerning all-trimester abortions in the state constitution.
In addition to their efforts in Montana, Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America and their partner Women Speak Out have deployed canvassers in several other states, including Arizona, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, and Georgia. The organizations aim to reach 10 million voters across the country, with a significant investment of $92 million for their ground game.
Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America, described as a network of over one million pro-life Americans, is dedicated to electing national leaders and advocating for laws that protect life. They also have a specific focus on promoting pro-life women leaders. Similarly, Women Speak Out PAC, a partner of SBA Pro-Life America, works to amplify the voices of women who oppose abortion extremists and has developed one of the largest pro-life on-the-ground political campaigns in the country since 2014.
The campaign in Montana and other states signifies a concerted effort by pro-life organizations to engage with voters, raise awareness about critical pro-life issues, and ultimately influence the outcomes of the upcoming elections.
