The House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government convened a hearing to examine claims that the Biden-Harris Administration has targeted pro-life Americans through government actions. The session, titled “Revisiting the Implications of the FACE Act: Part 2,” focused on how the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act is being applied.

Originally signed into law by President Bill Clinton over three decades ago, the FACE Act was designed to protect abortion providers, places of worship, and pregnancy centers from violence. However, critics argue that its enforcement has been biased. According to some testimonies during the hearing, it is now used as a tool by the current administration's Justice Department against pro-life advocates.

Ahead of the hearing, Jamie Dangers, Director of Federal Affairs at SBA Pro-Life America, commented on their stance regarding this issue. "Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America is a network of more than one million pro-life Americans nationwide," she stated. The organization aims to end abortion by supporting national leaders and advocating for life-saving laws with an emphasis on promoting women leaders in the pro-life movement.
