Deacon Timothy J. Harris of the Archdiocese passed away on November 8, 2024, at the age of 81. Ordained by Archbishop Daniel Pilarczyk for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati on September 26, 1998, Deacon Tim served as a permanent deacon for twenty-six years.

Following his ordination, Deacon Tim was assigned to St. Peter Parish in Huber Heights and continued to serve there throughout his ministry. He also maintained a close association with the Maria-Joseph Living Care Center in Dayton.

He is survived by his wife Kathryn, whom he married sixty years ago. His family includes two daughters, Veronica and Sarah (Jason), six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, November 22, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter Catholic Church located at 6161 Chambersburg Rd., Huber Heights, OH, 45424. Visitation will begin an hour prior in the church foyer.

Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home in Vandalia is handling the arrangements.
