Voters in Ohio have elected Bernie Moreno, a pro-life Republican, to the U.S. Senate, unseating long-time incumbent Democrat Sherrod Brown. The election marks a significant victory for Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America, which endorsed Moreno in June and has been active in campaigning against what it describes as "pro-abortion extremists."
Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America and its affiliates spent $92 million during this election cycle to advance their cause across the United States. Their efforts included reaching over 10 million voters considered persuadable or with historically low turnout in eight battleground states: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Montana, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
In Ohio specifically, the organization partnered with Women Speak Out PAC to support candidates like Moreno. This partnership has established one of the largest pro-life political campaigns on the ground since 2014.
"Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America is a network of more than one million pro-life Americans nationwide," stated representatives from the organization. They emphasized their mission to end abortion by electing leaders who share their views and advocating for laws that they believe will save lives.
Women Speak Out PAC aims to amplify voices opposing abortion extremism and has been integral in supporting SBA Pro-Life America's campaign strategies.
