Doctors Robert Dazé and Allison Kowalski, alumni and student respectively of Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine, have recently published a significant work in the field of dermatology. Dr. Dazé, a 2018 graduate of the institution and a board-certified dermatologist, collaborated with Dr. Kowalski, a third-year osteopathic medicine student, on this publication.

Their research is titled "Davener’s dermatosis: a unique presentation of frictional hypermelanosis" and has been published in the Journal of Osteopathic Medicine. Both individuals are considered "Shining Stars" within the Marian community for their contributions to dermatological research. The community extends its best wishes for their continued success.
